Your tasks:
- Be the first and main customer contact concerning technical questions; support customers with high level technical problem-solving knowledge, which will drive our commercial vehicle control systems and braking equipment sales on the short and long term.
- Technical knowledge is also transferred to our existing and new customers via regular technical support and trainings. In this context, the sales desk technician will act as a teacher to train and educate the employees of workshops, fleets and distributors in the field of diagnosis and installation of products and systems.
- Advise for warranty handling and – in special cases – check of those devices.
- Work closely together with external sales to support campaigns and projects.
- Implement Group After Market Strategy and create & develop ideas for new products and systems.
Your profile:
- A committed professional or engineer with an automotive or mechanical engineering education at HBO level in combination with multiple years of working experience.
- Customer-oriented and, in addition to Dutch, you also speak English at a practical level so that you can communicate with the German factory and international colleagues.
- Able to describe complicated problems in a clear and understandable way.
- A good technical understanding is a must have, experience with trucks or trailers is strongly preferred.
- Passionate, presentation skills, team player, communicative and flexible.
